  1. How do I place an online order?
    When you see a product you would like to purchase, simply use the ‘add to cart’ button. This will automatically add your item to your cart. If you would like to see the contents of your cart at any time, simply click the ‘view cart’ button located at the top of your screen. This will show you the contents of your cart. When you are ready to check out, proceed with the instructions.

  2. What types of payment do you accept?
    Celazome accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  3. How much is shipping?
    For orders from $0-$300 (before tax) shipping is $12.95
    For orders over $301 (before tax), shipping is FREE!

  4. How much tax do I pay?
    Your tax rate is calculated based on the postal code of your shipping address. Standard GST/HST and PST rates apply.

  5. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    Celazome Canada ships all orders ‘ground delivery’ using Canpar. Orders typically take between 5-7 days from date of order to arrive at your doorstep.

  6. How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will provide you with Canpar tracking details, estimated arrival time as well as the ability to authorize Canpar to leave your package on your doorstep. Otherwise all Celazome orders are shipped with Original Signature Required. 

  7. Do you ship internationally?
    Celazome Canada can only ship products to addresses in Canada. For all U.S. orders, please visit to place your orders.

  8. How do I return or exchange product I’ve ordered?
    If you purchase and consistently use any Celazome product and find that you do not see an improvement to your skin within the first 30 days, we'll replace the product with one that better meets your needs or refund your payment. Simply call us toll free at 1(888) 775.4595 or email us at and we will provide you with return/exchange instructions.

  9. I ordered the wrong product. What do I do?
    Celazome orders are processed immediately so that you receive your products as soon as possible. If you realize you have ordered the wrong product, contact us toll free at 1 (888) 775.4595 or at to discuss your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
